In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients until the eggs are beaten and everything is well Season with salt and pepper.
Divide the mixture between four small canning jars. Loosely screw the lids onto the jars.
Place a steamer rack in a double boiler/steamer and pour 2 cups water into the pot.
Place the jars on the steamer rack.
Cover the pot
Bring water to a boil and steam for 10 minutes.
Remove the jars from the pot and serve the eggs in the jars.
